You & Me Intimate Wash

The You & Me Bar is vegan, perfume and soap free, and formulated with skin-loving ingredients. Unlike regular soap, which has a pH level of 9 or higher, You & Me Bars have a pH-level of 3.8 – 4 which ensures sufficient cleansing without affecting the healthy balance of bacteria and pH levels in the vagina.

WHY IS VAGINAL pH SO IMPORTANT?

The acidic environment of the vagina is a natural barrier that helps prevent infection and irritation since it controls the growth of bad bacteria, which prefer less acidic environments. This means that as long as our good bacteria count is high and the vaginal pH is acidic, bad bacteria have a very small chance of growing, making the chance of infection low. As soon as the vaginal pH level increases above 4.5, bad bacteria have the opportunity to develop and grow, eventually causing an infection. This can result in symptoms such as discharge, odor, itching and other vaginal discomforts.

HOW TO USE:

Create lather with the You & Me bar. Gently cleanse external vaginal area and rinse thoroughly. For external use only. Gentle enough for daily use.
